Renowned for its rich soil and beautiful weather, Napa Valley is an ideal growing climate for vegetables, fruit, and flowers. Above the Valley in the rolling mountains you'll find our no-till market garden filled with diversity of all kinds. Over 70 different varieties of fruits, vegetables, and flowers growing alongside our soil ecosystem and wildlife. Here is where you’ll be able to learn hands-on regenerative farming.

A gardening cultivator, a wooden-handled push hoe, leaning against a beige shed door, with a black plastic tray of green young plants nearby on the ground, surrounded by dirt and rocks.
A person's hand prunes a cucumber plant with yellow flowers and green leaves.

Participants tour the market garden and taste what is in season. We cover the foundations of no till farming practices and what it means to grow biodynamic vegetables. Everything from creating vegetable beds to soil building, greenhouse care, pest and environmental management, planting and harvesting, and growing more in tune with nature are experienced in a hands-on manner at Stepping Stone.
