Farm Consultations
& Coaching with Patrick Deasy
Not sure how to start?
Starting a garden and growing plants can be overwhelming, contending with endless variables and unique situations. But with proper guidance a vegetable, fruit, and flower production is well within your abilities to create.
Grow your own food and flowers with confidence while forming partnership with the natural world.

Patrick Deasy is the owner & farmer of Stepping Stone Farm, a no till biodynamic farm focused on soil health and ecological well being. His 15+ years of teaching experience has led to the cultivation of farms and gardens that look beautiful, taste delicious, and have reverence for the natural world.
-
Rather than disturbing the natural world, I seek to strengthen it through regenerative approaches and holistic inputs without ever needing chemicals or sprays. The no till method is built upon plant diversity, minimal soil disturbance, living roots, and organic mulches. This approach yields a garden that is easy to maintain, rich in fertility, and beautiful to look at.
-
Rather than growing vegetables, fruits, and flowers to sell, my goal is to teach others how to do it for themselves. The joy and tranquility that nature has given me through gardening is something that must be shared.

Short answer: Yes.
A crop plan is an easy to understand eagle’s eye view of your intended plantings, locations, layout, and timings for your garden for an entire year. That may sound overwhelming, but meeting with Patrick yields an easy to follow and understand plan that will set you and your season up for success.
